At Kalox Store, we advise you to carefully read the information below before proceeding with the Sell to Kalox Store registration process.
1. Kalox Studio Registration Plan
At Kalox Studio, we offer Two (2) Registration Plans. This Plan allows you to Register your Photo or Video Studio, Printing Cafe (Entity), or Agency Yearly.
REGISTRATION PLAN
This Plan costs NLe800. It allows Photo and video Studios, Graphics and Design Printing Cafés (Entities), Agencies, Production Companies, and others to Upload their Services and connect with potential clients online worldwide.
NOTE: The Kalox Studio Registration Fee is not refundable. It’s a Yearly fee used to maintain your Business Account (Service Listing) on the Kalox Studio Website, regardless of whether you are active or not, you get clients or not.
2. Services Fee
Kalox Studio Registration Fee is a FEE CHARGED PER CONTRACT (PROJECT), and it includes a referral (affiliate) fee (which is a percentage of the service price and varies depending on the Service’s Category).
3. Provide your Information and Documents
At Kalox Media, our team collects relevant personal and business information to comply with identification and verification measures. They may also require additional information or documents later.
4. We'll verify your submission
You may be asked to meet with the Kalox Media Team to verify your submission further. This helps keep us a trusted Digital Platform (App) company in Africa with thousands of Clients.
5. Get Verified and Start getting Contracts on Kalox Studio!
After we receive all of the required information, our professional team will verify your documents as soon as possible, and you will start uploading your services on your Services Listing Dashboard on the Kalox Studio Platform (App) to meet our thousands of clients worldwide.
What you'll need:
The document must meet the following requirements:
- Details on the document should match your details (e.g., National ID number or Passport number and expiry date).
- Submit a scanned color copy of both sides of your government-issued national ID or Passport copy.
- Document should not be expired.
- The document copy/image must be high quality, colored and unobstructed, and legible.
- If you submit a document other than your passport, it must be in English or translated into English. If it is not translated into English, we’ll not accept it.
- The full name on the National ID or Passport should match the full name on your registered Kalox account. Companies/Corporations must submit a government-issued photo national ID or Passport copy of the primary contact or beneficial owner.
- If you submit a copy of your passport, please ensure that the passport has the bearer’s signature.
The document must meet the following requirements:
- Details on the document should match the details you provide.
- Document should be legible and must have been issued within the past 180 days.
- Documents must not be password protected. Do not provide a photo of your credit card or debit card.
- Scan or photograph the original document in color using your mobile device. If you download a statement online, it must be in PDF format. Do not submit in Excel format or a screenshot. The document must show transaction activity, but you can black out the transaction amount.
- The name of the point of contact or company mentioned on the statement should either match the point of contact name or the business name provided during registration or other wise.
- The address on the bank account statement should match your registered Kalox account address.
- Your document must be in English. Please provide a notarized translation of your document into English if it is not in English.
We accept the following Credit cards: VISA and Mastercard. We also accept bank transfers from the following African banks: Roke Commercial Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Guaranty Trust Bank Limited, Sierra Leone Commercial Bank, Ecobank Limited, United Bank for Africa (UBA), Zenith Bank Limited, Access Bank Limited, Keystone Bank Limited, Union Trust Bank Limited, and Skye Bank Limited.
